私は、人の顔を描き日々変化するお互いの感情や、その人物との関係を表現しているように思います。人と人の間には必ず距離があり空間がありますが、この空間を満たすものの中に、空気とは違う感情や感覚を生む何かがあると思います。その何かを感じ確かなものにするのが目標です。

By drawing people’s faces I capture feelings, mine and their, and by doing so, I express the relationships I have with the people I draw.
In between individuals, distances and spaces always exist. However, within such spatial gap, I believe we can find the source of sentiments, and emotions.
I aim to capture such intangible essences, and make them tangible.
